Victoria was born in Seattle in 1995. She settled in Monroe i n 2014 with the rest of her family where she developed her first and second business.
From a young age, Victoria found peace in creating art. Throughout her youth, she used sketchbooks to study the world around her. With the help of various instructors, mentors, and professors, she took on challenging mediums and styles. It was through her continual studies that she became a commission artist.
